The KT English brand design project draws its inspiration and ideas from the story of the torch of wisdom of the god Prometheus. This god bravely defied the supreme god Zeus's prohibition to steal fire and bestow it upon humanity. Thanks to the fire, mankind developed knowledge and built human civilization. Similarly, the KT English brand aspires to ignite and impart knowledge to its students, helping them advance confidently with a flame of wisdom that burns brightly.
In this project, I worked as an Art Director, gave Creative Direction, and also a Graphic Designer. It was tough due to the hard scope of work, but hard work paid off, KT English branding was truly inspirational and made me proud.

In Greek mythology, in the early days of humankind, people had to live in hardship within the eternal darkness of night. At that time, the gods residing on Mount Olympus believed that humans were not worthy of possessing the light of fire, as fire symbolized knowledge, strength, and civilization. Despite the supreme god Zeus's prohibition, the god Prometheus, feeling compassion for humankind, secretly stole fire from Mount Olympus and bestowed it upon humanity.
Thanks to this fire, humans began to develop civilization, cooking food, forging metal, and the light from torches has illuminated countless generations of students honing their knowledge.
Since then, fire has become a symbol of human knowledge.

Reading - Blue: Blue is often associated with calmness and clarity, making it a suitable color for reading, which requires focus and comprehension.

Writing - Green: Green is linked with growth and creativity, fitting well with writing, which involves creating and expressing ideas.

Listening - Yellow: Yellow, being bright and attention-grabbing, can be used for listening, a skill that requires active attention and alertness.

Speaking - Red: Red is a bold and dynamic color, often associated with energy and confidence, making it appropriate for speaking, which involves articulation and interaction.

The image of the flame is simplified and designed into an icon, used as a shape surrounding other icons of KT English to create a distinctive highlight. Besides the four main icons representing the four basic English skills, we have additional supplementary icons used in the field of education and teaching to make the lessons more engaging.
