Mầm Chồi Lá is a very popular children's music program in Vietnam and has achieved great success in its first season.
Season 2 of Mầm Chồi Lá has been animated with more vibrant songs, fresher illustrations, and through that helps promote the brand's Pops Kids Learn program.
My job is to provide Art Direction for the second season of the project, as well as oversee the quality of images while working with artists and the animation team. Since this is a highly visual project, I had a challenging and strenuous time, but it was also filled with inspiration and joy. The project concluded with impressive results, helping the Pops Kids channel grow by 10% in followers, achieving over 2 million views, and collaborating with the Lifebuoy brand on a special episode.
All the backgrounds used were conceptualized from hand-drawn sketches, then edited and colored to make them more vibrant and lively.

Hundreds of backgrounds have been made for the series. My job was to collaborate with Artists and give clear art direction, ensured all images followes the creative ideas.

The costumes for the five actors in the series were conceptualized before being tailored and brought to life.

The initial character concepts are as follows:
-
Mướp is a dynamic and mischievous girl, so her outfit will be eye-catching yellow with two pigtails.
-
In contrast, Su is a dainty girl who likes to wear bows and pink dresses.
-
Accompanying the two girls on their adventures is a superhero character from the future world of the Pops Kids Learn brand.
-
Lastly, the characters of Dad and Mom exude the gentle and dignified demeanor of adults in the family, always loving their two daughters.

The series was divided into four filming sessions, each lasting from 1 to 2 days. My job was to oversee image quality at the monitor and ensure that all the scenes in the storyboards were adequately shot, guaranteeing post-production quality.
